Honda’s automobile offerings have always looked great and when the
new sporty looking Honda Civic was revealed in April last year, it was
definitely met with applause and admiration. In fact, we always find
ourselves doing a bit of a double take every time we see one on the
road. Another vehicle from the Japanese brand has been making its mark
locally and around the region as well, but it’s been two years since
we’ve seen a new model for Honda’s subcompact sedan; making us grateful
for the video above that shows us a glimpse of the latest iteration of
the Honda City.
According to our source, under the hood the All-New Honda City will
feature a 1.5-liter SOHC i-VTEC engine with a seven speed CVT and will
have a slightly sportier looks on the outside; complete with an array of
LED daytime running lights, LED headlights and fog lamps. We can also
expect it to have all the bells and whistles in terms of safety: hill
start assist, vehicle stability assist, six airbags, and other
accouterments to give you confidence on the road.
No official word as to when it will launch in the Philippines and its pricing.
